About Etta Dale Hornsteiner
Etta Hornsteiner is a board certified Integrative Health Coach academically trained at Duke Integrative Medicine and Maryland University of Integrative Health. She holds a master's degree in education and a master's degree in integrative health and wellness coaching. Prior to becoming a coach she spent 13 years in teaching, 7 years competing as a bodybuilder, and 5 years coaching as a personal trainer.
She was also editor-in-chief for 10 years for an online health and wellness magazine called Transformational Living. She is the author of the book called The Ten Guiding Lights to Health and Wholeness.
